  1. I bought the power block 5 bluetooth speaker from igs when the table was there about one month ago. Now it wont sync work or anything. Is there a reset on this thing? Not happy with it now. I have been hapy with it till the time it quit

      • Do you have a link for the owner’s manual. I can’t get my device to sync anymore and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

        • I do not – BUT we’re betting we can fix it for you. Open up you’re Bluetooth settings on your phone or device, and select Block Speaker and then “Forget Device”. Power on the Block Wireless Speaker and allow your phone to search for device again.

It should find the signal and connect.

We have to reset ours this way every once in a while. (Every month or so.)

  2. Hi there, I have The Block 5 and love the thing! Unfortunately, I wrecked the usb/line cable for it! Is there a replacement for the cable about? Thank you!

    • It won’t be found on WiFi – it’s a completely different communication. Only Bluetooth.

Make sure the speaker is fully charged. (Might want to actually have power attached to it – and in phone in close proximity.) Turn power off on speaker.

Pull up Bluetooth on your device and then power on the speaker. In some instances the device connecting may ask you to search for device again.
